I am including experiences that I am having as I sit down, one on one, with homeless people who are dealing with Substance Use Disorder. All Names have been changed and, occasionally, I share a story using the opposite pronoun (he/she him/her), as an additional way to assure privacy.

"The Damage Done" is a sensitively presented documentary series developed by Britt Carpenter, one of the many people I've come to know and respect in Kensington.
As you watch this series, you will meet one of the people to whom I've provided Narcan and who I still see on a regular basis.
You will meet a treasured friend who is an artist who's art is proudly displayed in my humble suburban apartment home and will be for the remainder of my days.
